Members from China and Hong Kong may use their earnings for redemptions only, they won't get paid! We DO NOT allow any type of Browser automated clicking, such as the Ougo Browser and any other browser that clicks. Any accounts with bogus, false, abbreviated or incomplete information will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited. If your IP address and country do not match, your account will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited. We run an honest site and expect members to be honest. If you want to be paid, make sure your account is clean and free of any of the above. It is up to you to make sure your account is an honest one.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You must provide a valid name, address with city, state and country. Complete information must be provided - initials for names are not accepted! You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing zodiac-ads.com account - one Account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer, IP-address and Payment Account to participate in our program. If we find out that a person has multiple accounts, we are deleting all accounts without notice. We are not accepting the use of proxies. If you're using an open proxy your account will be suspended as soon as we detected that you are using an open proxy.
You will use your username or email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.You are solely responsible for any and all use of your zodiac-ads.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by zodiac-ads.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with zodiac-ads.com. You agree to receive e-mail avertising from zodiac-ads.com. limited to no more than 60 per day.
Accounts with bouncing email addresses will be put to onsite inbox. If this happens, you MUST either change your email address OR use the "inbox only" option. After the second time your account will be deleted. AOL is not accepted Email Provider to join. If AOL bounces your emails you will be deleted after the first time! Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately. If you use the onsite inbox, you must still provide a valid email address. You may change your email account that you used when signing up at zodiac-ads.com. Any member sending us gibberish, false or incomplete informations will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of ALL earnings to date of termination. This convern ALL infos,including Payment Infos.
You must also maintain an active account. Inactive accounts are deleted after 14 days. This means that you must, at the very least log into your account and click on at least 1 paid link (Point or Cash) every 14 days. This ensures results for our advertisers, which drives this program. If for some reason you will not be active for a period of 14 days or more, you must log into your User Account Info area, and set your account on vacation mode for not longer then 30 days. If you need more then 30 days you have to contact the webmaster with the reason. Failure to keep an active account will result in account deletion - and forfeiture of all earnings and referrals, etc.
The webmaster of zodiac-ads.com has the right to refuse advertising for sites that have unsustainable information on their site or contain porn, links to porn, hate, offensive, warez sites or other illegal content. All sites are reviewed before sending. If the site doesn`t meet zodiac-ads.com rules, you will be emailed for a different site with a friendly explanation.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and zodiac-ads.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and zodiac-ads.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of zodiac-ads.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
zodiac-ads.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or zodiac-ads.com program, even if zodiac-ads.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, zodiac-ads.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Cheat Links And English Tests:
Cheat Links (visible and invisible) will be sent on a regular basis. They will have a warning above the cheat link. It's the members responsibility to read to avoid clicking it. If you click the visible cheatlink 3 times, your account will be canceled and you lose all earnings up to the date of termination. If you click the invisible cheat link that only automated cheat software (clickbots) can see or click the visible cheatbanner once, or use any kind of bots your account will be canceled and you lose ALL earnings up to the date of termination.
English tests will be sent. It is the members responsibility to read the instructions completely. Failure to pass reading tests may result in your account being deleted. This is Paid To Read Email and that is what is expected of the members here. The PTC sections may contain a cheat banner. Do Not click on this Banner (visible and invisible). These anticheat measures are there to monitor automated software users and non-english reading members which is against our Terms of Service. Your account will be reviewed and may be canceled without notice. You lose all earnings up to the date of termination if you click it and are found to be cheating.
Payments/Redemptions:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by zodiac-ads.com. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the zodiac-ads.com program. Referrals must remain active for thirty days for earnings to accrue. Please note that fourty percent (40%) of a members earnings MUST BE FROM READING PAID EMAILS in order to get paid! Members will be paid via PayPal and Moneybookers (if funds available, 1% fee). zodiac-ads.com will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by zodiac-ads.com. Once the member has reached payout mimimum an autmomatic request will be send to the Webmaster. Payments will be made within 7 days. Payments are sent FUNDS ALLOWING. This simply means that if our payments from our feeds are delayed this may cause a delay in your payments being sent. This type of thing is unavoidable, please do not contact us about the delay, we will inform you. zodiac-ads.com will also pay members randomly to those having "Random Payout" as selected keyword and all of your payout information correct. Accounts are checked before Payments are made.
Searches:
Members may earn by receiving Search Email Ads and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by zodiac-ads.com. Members From Search Friendly Countries Are Only Allowed To Search! Those countries are: The United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and The United Kingdom. All persons from countries not from the countries listed above who select "Searches" as a category of interest or found to be participating in "Searches" will have their account canceled and you lose All earnings up to the date of termination. Searches made through an open proxy will not be credited, no matter which country the search originates from with zodiac-ads.com. The Webmaster has the right to rescind any offer at any time without prior notification. This covers all interests and all ads. Any offer that is rescinded and found to be "overridden" by a member can cause the deletion of that member's account and all monies therein to be forfeited, without prior notification.
Keywords/Interests:
You must selected at least 3 targeted interests, some of which are to test your ability to read and understand English. If your account is found to have one of these keywords selected your account will be deleted for clicking the Wrong Keyword.
Policy against Inactivity and Cheating:
If you not clicked a link for more the 14 days, you will be considered inactive, this is for all members. Inactive members will receive an Email to reminder about their inactivity had have 3 more days to click a paidlink or they will be deleted and will loss all earnings and referrals.
Any account with incomplete or false information will be suspended. If you selected one of the "bad" keywords/interests you will be suspended!
If you are caught using any kind of "Cheating" software or link grabbing software, you will be deleted!!
Clicking cheat links is Cheating, if you have clicked 3 visible cheatlinks, 1 visible paidbanner or 1 invsisble cheatlink you will be deleted! No second changes!!!
We do not allow members to sell their accounts or upgraded ads. Members caught selling their accounts without permission will be deleted immediately.
Every member that is suspended, free and upgraded, have 7 days to contact us. If you don't contact us your account will be deleted at the 8th day of suspension and you will lose all your earnings, referrals and if you had one Upgrade. This can not be turned back! zodiac-ads.com will not restore any account that is deleted for the above reasons! be answered!
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with zodiac-ads.com and may result in legal prosecution. zodiac-ads.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. zodiac-ads.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. zodiac-ads.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
Advertising:
Advertisers may not advertise nudity, porn, profanity, hate, race related or illegal content or or anything else that can harm your computer. All such ads and accounts will be deleted and banned with no refund. Further we don't allow any advertising for sites from our internal Black-List! All promotes sites must be written in English, Sites in German will be sent to all member living in Germany, Austria and Switzerland ONLY! We kindly point out that paidlinks from advertiser can include viruses that can harm your PC. Although we do check each link before send to our members, we are not responsible for any harm that is caused by clicking any of our paidlinks. It's recommended to use the latest version of an antivirus software and update it and install the latest security patches for the operating system.
